Our mission is to provide our patients with comprehensive and quality care in a comfortable and professional environment. We are concerned about all aspects of our patients general, oral, and dental health and our goal is to work in a cooperative effort with our patients so that they will enjoy optimal health, comfort, and esthetics for a lifetime.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
Our practice prides itself in providing state of the art dentistry using the latest in materials and techniques. Our office is equipped with the newest state of the art, high tech equipment and the doctor and staff are continuously involved in continuing education programs on the newest and best techniques that dentistry has to offer. Our desire is to make our patients' experience the most pleasant and stress-free possible. With this as our goal, we make available Nitrous Oxide analgesia, coupled with a stereo headphone audio system to those patients who prefer it. We offer complete dentistry to patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric care.

ABOUT OUR TEAM
Each member of our professional office TEAM is a highly motivated and highly trained professional. All TEAM members regularly attend continuing education programs to stay abreast of current advances in dentistry as well as those areas that affect our patients health and well being. All TEAM members are knowledgeable about the services that we provide and welcome any questions. They are committed to providing care in a warm and caring environment and are committed to a philosophy of individual patient care delivered with sincerity.

ABOUT INSURANCE
Dental and medical insurance can be very confusing. Companies differ from one another and different plans within the same company often have great variability. We recommend that all patients become familiar with the type of coverage that they have. This can be found within the material provided with the policy or can generally be obtained through a representative from the company who monitors insurance or directly from the insurance company itself. We pride ourselves in our skill in completing insurance forms and gladly provide this service for our patients. It is our goal to help our patients receive the maximum coverage to which they are entitled.

SERVICE COMPENSATION
Time, skill, care, judgment, professional education and experience determine professional fees. We establish a fee estimate for each patients' care prior to the commencement of treatment. We feel that it is important for our patients to understand our financial policies prior to any treatment that is necessary. We pride ourselves in providing a wide variety of payment methods that make it easy for our patients to avail themselves of care as well as care for their family. We always strive to discuss these matters in detail and feel that financial arrangements made prior to beginning treatment eliminate worry on our patients' part. We are always happy to discuss fees at any time.

APPOINTMENTS AND OFFICE HOURS
Office hours are by appointment. Our office can be reached by calling (308) 384-5100. The office is closed on most legal holidays and a doctor and/or staff are away from the office periodically attending continuing education programs. In the event of an after hours emergency, we request that our patients call Dr. Murphy at his home.

LOCATION
Our office is located in the Doctors Building at 908 N. Howard Avenue, Suite 101, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803. The Doctors Building is conveniently located 0.7 miles East of Highway 281. It is directly north of the Saint Francis Medical Center. Our office suite is on the south end of the Doctors Building, closest to Saint Francis Medical Center.
